Ingredients

½ Cup of milk
½ Banana
½ Cup of strawberries
1 Tablespoon Bibitte à Sucre (maple and cinnamon mealworms)
Preparation
In a food processor Mix all ingredients until almost homogeneous.
Serve in a glass. Add a touch of healthy culinary fantasy 1 tablespoon of Bibitte à sucre (maple and cinnamon mealworms).
