Summer Green Salad

Ingredients

- 200g spring lettuce
- 1 cucumber cut into rounds
- 1 cup red pepper cut into rounds
- 1 cup feta cheese diced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil salt
- Ground pepper to taste

- For a teste of garlic, add 8 tablespoons of Don Grillo to taste
- For a lemony taste, add 6 tablespoons of lime locusts
- For a slightly spicy taste, add 6 tablespoons of chipotle locusts
Preparation
- Wash and cut the vegetables Put the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Cut the avocado and cherry tomatoes.
- To enhance the visual appearance of with your salad and to impress your guests, sprinkle the salad with a little crickets/ or grasshoppers.
- Season with the insect vinaigrette and a little lemon.
